Morse Code Numbers
In Morse code every digit from 0 to 9 is made of exactly five signals. This fixed length makes numbers one of the easiest parts of the code to learn. Try any number in the Morse code translator.

The Pattern Behind Morse Code Numbers
The digits follow a clean rule. The number 1 is one dot followed by four dashes. Each step up swaps one more dash for a dot, moving left to right, until 5 is all dots. Then the dots turn back into dashes until 0 is all dashes.
- 1 to 5: start with dots, fill the rest with dashes
- 5: five dots
- 6 to 0: start with dashes, fill the rest with dots
- 0: five dashes
